Sturdy bushes are prolific producers of straight narrow pods containing an average of 6 seeds each. Sourced from a New York seed saver who obtained the variety in the early 1990s from a faith keeper on the Cattaraugus Reservation in New York. Traditionally used as a cornbread bean.
Beans are similar to but smaller than Littleton.
