With its white grains, Bishop, developed in 1892 by Agriculture Canada, typifies heirloom hard white wheat. Because of the popularity of hard red wheats at the time, Bishop never gained commercial status.
Two packets options, minimum:
a) 50 choice hand selected seeds taken from the longest heads
b) 7 grams (1/4 ounce) of seed taken from selected heads
