Collected by Beijing's Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Jiangsu province, this is our fall-planted line of a facultative hull-less barley. As a landrace, Chang Shu Ai Jiao Zao's diversity in its genetics enable it to tolerate Mother Nature's increasing unpredictability. Awned spikes thresh easily.
