(Pisum sativum); Heirloom; Climbing pea; Edible pod; Minimum 20 seeds
A Canadian heirloom variety tracing its origins to the Saskatchewan Mennonite community, Russian Sugar Pea becomes adorned with a profusion of gorgeous two-tone flowers that develop into large, flavorful snow pea pods. The vines are vigorous, easily reaching 6 feet. Keep picked for a long harvest window. First grown in 2017, we were impressed enough to grow them again and these seeds are second-generation in our gardens.
