This goose bean is a productive pole bean from the gardens of the late seedsman and bean steward Richard Schoolmaster of Tecumseh Michigan. Long, flat, slightly curved pods are bespeckled with purple as they mature and hold an average of six large beans. Grown for its plump dry beans.
