Polish Wheat Cultivars

These are wheat cultivars that belong to the botanical group Triticum.turgidum ssp. polonicum. They are genetically distinct from common bread wheat cultivars (Triticum aestivum). We grow them to maintain biodiversity on our southeast Michigan homestead that will have us better prepared to meet Mother Nature's increasingly unpredictable weather patterns.
