Bountiful Harvest - Fall Forage Crops
While these are not necessarily "staples", they are valuable sources of calories, nutrients, culinary diversity, and functional versatility that in time adds to a homestead's resilience.
All are collected on our southeast Michigan homestead and are offered "as is" - they are not yet processed for germination (cold stratified.)
These are not germination tested though they have been sorted to the best of our ability for viability. We provide these seeds for experimental trialing and are not responsible for their performance.
We include information useful in propagating each species from seed on their product page and you are encouraged to do additional research as to best practices for your area.
