aka Cone Wheat, Rivet Wheat, these cultivars belong to the botanical group Triticum.turgidum ssp. turgidum, which is distinct from common bread wheat. We grow these cultivars to strengthen our biodiversity of our homestead wheat collection to better prepare us for Mother Nature's ever increasingly unpredictable weather patterns.
