International Shipping (Other than to Canada)

We are currently ONLY accepting orders from our Fall Planted Grains Collection.

Why are we only accepting orders for fall-planted grains?

In Canada? Please switch to this page.

For all other countries, please continue on this page.

Currently I only ship to countries listed in the tables below. This is due to postal import and export regulations stated in the United States Postal Service (USPS) Country Conditions for Mailing (see directions at bottom of page.)

If you have experience successfully receiving seeds from the US and your country is not listed, please email Seeds(@)GreatLakesStapleSeeds(.)com - REMOVE BRACKETS ( ) FIRST!

Countries I DO NOT SHIP to:

Argentina: Restricted: Bees, plants, seeds must be accompanied by a health certificate countersigned by the Argentine Consul.

Australia: Prohibited: Most food, plant, and animal products, including the use of products such as straw and other plant material as packing materials. It is complicated to sort my entire inventory by what can or cannot ship into Australia, therefore I DO NOT SHIP TO Australia.

Azerbaijan: Seeds, plants, root tuber, bulk and other plant parts, fruits, legumes, and fresh fruits must have prior authorization by the relevant State body in charge of plant quarantine in Azerbaijan.

Belgium: Please contact me directly regarding the stated restriction:

"Import permits or licenses are required for many types of goods; therefore, the sender should ascertain from the addressee before mailing whether the necessary documents are held."

Bulgaria: lack of clarity on import license requirements.

Iraq: "For shipments containing goods valued at more than 1 Iraqi dinar (0.0007 USD,) the addressee must obtain a special import license from the Ministry of Supply, Import Department, Baghdad."

Israel: seeds are prohibited.

Latvia: Products of floras must be accompanied by a plant health (phytosanitary) certificate.

Luxembourg: An import license is required for the importation of a number of agricultural; textile; iron and steel; and general products.

Malaysia: Please contact me directly regarding the stated restriction:

"Many types of merchandise require import licenses that addressees must obtain from the Malaysian authorities. Senders should be assured before mailing that addressees can obtain licenses if needed."

New Zealand: I do not have phytosanitary certification as required by https://www.mpi.govt.nz/dmsdocument/1151 for the majority of the seeds we offer. It is complicated to sort my entire inventory by what can or cannot ship into New Zealand, therefore I DO NOT SHIP TO New Zealand.

Peru: "Many items are prohibited import into Peru. Therefore, senders should ascertain from the addressee before mailing whether the item may be received or not."

Philippines: "Plants and similar items require sanitary and phytosanitary import clearances and phytosanitary certificates from the Philippines Bureau of Plant Industry (National Plant Protection Organization). Philippines national legislation authorizes the disposal or destruction of items that do not contain the proper documentation."

Ukraine: Prohibited: Agricultural products

United Kingdom: Plants and parts of plants require an import permit issued by the appropriate Agricultural Department in the United Kingdom.
