Thank you for choosing Great Lakes Staple Seeds.
- We do not accept returns.
- We take seed quality seriously. Seeds offered for sale are tested and handled to meet applicable germination standards at the time of packaging. Only seed lots that meet our internal quality requirements are included in our inventory.
- Gardening from seed depends on many factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, planting methods, timing, and care. We make every effort to grow, harvest, and store seeds properly to maintain viability. Once seeds leave our facility, they are outside our control, and growing results depend on the conditions and practices of the grower.
- If you are dissatisfied due to germination issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund limited to the purchase price of the seeds only. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid, to the extent permitted by law.
- Shipping costs and payment processing fees (including credit card and PayPal fees) are non-refundable.
- Domestic orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage include insurance coverage up to $100. Optional additional insurance may be selected at checkout for orders exceeding this amount. Great Lakes Staple Seeds is not responsible for loss or damage to shipments that are sent without sufficient insurance coverage.
For international orders, insured shipping is not available. Great Lakes Staple Seeds is not responsible for shipments that are lost, stolen, confiscated, delayed, or damaged, and no refunds or replacements will be issued for international shipping issues.
