Order Placement

  • Online orders only. Orders sent through the mail without prior arrangement cannot be processed and may be returned or refunded minus transaction fees.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Seeds are not pre-packaged. After your order is received, seeds are retrieved from storage, hand-selected, and packaged by a very small operation.
  • Processing time depends on order volume. During peak season, orders may take up to 4 weeks to process.
  • Orders are generally filled in the order received, though batch processing may result in smaller orders shipping sooner.
  • A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS are considered delivered for fulfillment purposes.
  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping addresses. Returned packages may require additional postage for reshipment.
  • Seed packet labels may include hand-written corrections due to batch printing and waste reduction.
  • Shipping fees cover payment processing, packaging materials, and USPS postage.
  • Domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking and insurance up to $100. The opportunity to fully insure the full value of an order over $100 is available on the checkout page.
  • International customers must check our No Ship Country list, as many countries have prohibitions against seed shipments. If shipped, international orders are not insured and customers assume the risk of loss, delay, or confiscation.

About Our Seeds

  • All seeds are open-pollinated, untreated, and non-GMO.
  • We rigorously follow commonly accepted practices for commercial seed production that control pollination to avoid cross-pollination so seeds produced are true-to-type
  • Seeds are grown and tested annually for viability.

Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • Michigan sales tax applies where required.

Guarantee and Returns

  • Seeds are tested for viability prior to sale.
  • Liability is limited to purchase price only.
  • Returns are not accepted.

Chargebacks

  • Invalid chargebacks may result in additional fees.
  • Abuse may result in refusal of future service.

Intellectual Property

  • Content may not be reused without permission.
