Polish Triticale

This triticale is originally sourced from a seed saver in Wisconsin who received it from a seed saver in Alberta (the power of the seed saving network!) Straw is on the short side compared with our other triticales but the heads are just as grain-heavy and graceful. Awned spikes thresh easily by hand.
