Fall Planted Einkorn
(Triticum monococcum); aka Farro piccolo; Hulled; Awned
An ancient European grain, Einkorn means "one kernel" in German and references the fact that there is just one grain per hull. A culinary staple in Italy, the grain is one of the farros, specifically farro piccolo, due to its small size.
