Floriani Red Flint Corn
Due to pillage and pilferage at the paws of our critter neighbors, our 2017 corn seed harvest was abysmal.
We are planting Floriani again this season, in our most secure location. We will list seeds this fall. I've read that Flint Corn can be eaten as a sweet corn. Although tempted, I want to maximum my seed yield this year. The harvest will be separated into seed quality and the rest for making cornmeal. Might even try making posole or hominy.
