Georgian Winter Bread Wheat's plump kernels thresh freely and are high in protein and gluten, making the variety an excellent choice for the home grower who loves to bake. Our original seed was sourced from John Sherck who received his stock from Kevin Payne in California. Not much is known about this cultivar though John notes plants exhibit some diversity, especially in their grain spikes.
