Unterengadin is a Swiss winter landrace from the canton of Graubuenden. Slender, light brown rice-shaped seeds thresh from heads that contain up to 9 rows. Plants that reach 69 inches tiller vigorously. Our seed stock is from ProSpecieRara by way of a Vermont seed saver.
Three packets options, minimum:
a) 50 choice hand selected seeds taken from the longest heads
b) 7 grams (1/4 ounce) of seed taken from select heads
c) 28 grams (1 ounce) of seed taken from the harvest
