Cacahua Peanut

Cacahua is a valencia type peanut from Spain. It was part of my peanut trials in 2025, and was the earliest variety to mature and very productive. It has a sweet flavor and an oil content of 48.4%. It was collected at Valenciana Comunidad, Spain and entered into the USDA in 1968. I believe Cacahua is suitable for growing as far north as zone 5.
