Ispahan Emmer Wheat

A distinct species of ancient wheat, this emmer is named for a city in Iran. Ispahan wheat has long glumes and slender grain spikes which makes it look more like a wheat grass. Plants have weaker stems so staking is suggested to avoid lodging. We include it in our inventory to diversify our grain collection.
