Walatowa Chili Pepper

Walatowa is a landrace chili pepper from the Jemez Pueblo in New Mexico. These are fairly early maturing and will continue producing up until frost. This is an excellent all-purpose pepper for using fresh, roasted, fried or dried. They have a sweet flavor and a mild heat that builds slowly.
