These are wheat cultivars that are in lesser grown botanical groups. Genetically distinct from common bread wheat (Triticum aestivum), we include them on our homestead to maintain biodiversity that we hope will have us better suited to meet Mother Nature's increasingly unpredictable weather patterns.
