Biodiversity in our Wheats
These wheats are in lesser-grown botanical groups, distinct from common bread wheat (Triticum aestivum.) With Mother Nature's increasingly unpredictable nature, we include these cultivars in our grain plots as biodiversity increases our ability to meet the challenges sent our way during the season.
