It is pretty exciting that Mother Nature seems to finally agree that it is spring and we are enjoying this sunny weekend out in the gardens - preparing the new 75' x 130' "Back40" expansion, planting grains, general garden maintenance and such... As we make plans for what to include this year, the recent World Resources Institute publication "Shifting Diets for a Sustainable Food Future" reaffirms our selections and strengthens our desire to include more plant-based meals in our diet.
