Developed in Uzbekistan, Uzor is a facultative triticale that we originally intended to test as both a spring and fall planted crop but since the last few springs proved too challenging for successful planting, this is our fall-planted line (here's hoping we can someday offer the spring-planted line!) Robust plants tolerate weed pressure, demonstrating good winter hardiness.
