Banatka Winter Wheat

Grain preservationist Eli Rogosa crossed two Eastern European landraces to create Banatka. Its parental lines include Bánkúti, known for its rich flavor, and the Hungarian Ukrainka, productive and adaptable, with excellent baking quality.
