Early maturing, this flint corn is a selection from New York Red Flint. Medium height plants produce ears that range from 7.5 to 8.5 inches long. Its hard flint kernels make a tasty cornbread and polenta when ground for cornmeal. In our ever increasingly unpredictable growing seasons, its early maturity is what prompted inclusion in our inventory.
