This soft wheat did better than Pima, also from the drier Southwest. Perhaps White Sonora Wheat will be my go-to for tortillas.
White Sonora, as expected, really does not enjoy my humid Great Lakes weather. As a result, yields are low. I will continue to select for my climate, and see what we get.
