Grain size

The wheat seed photographs were taken with this level of magnification originally using a soft white incandescent light bulb for illumination.  Eventually that bulb was replaced with a "natural spectrum" LED that ought to last a long time.  The diameter of a quarter is 24.26 mm (0.955 in).
