Home Malting of Barley for Brewing Beer

I have been home brewing beer and wine since 2001, mostly from kits, occasionally all grains. However, I've always bought the malt. Fall 2021, I intend to brew a totally "from home batch" of beer using our homestead grown Sardinian Barley.
