This is our multi-generational line of fall-planted white wheat. Since it absolutely thrives on our southeast Michigan homestead we have grown it consecutively for more than 5 years despite long losing track of its official identity (an unfortunate event involving frost heaved label stakes and my herd of opportunistic naughty American Buff geese.) We enjoy this wheat milled into flour for pancakes, muffins and biscuits.
