(Phaseolus lunatus); a Homestead series variety; Climbing; Minimum 20 seeds
These little lima beans were supposed to be a common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) but the seeds I received were obviously lima beans; however, as they are without distinct features, it is nigh on impossible to identify them with confidence. Space allowed for their trialing as a dry bean - I also snacked on a few as shellies and they are sweet! They proved highly productive so despite being an "oops!" they are well-worth their space in your garden.
