From the kitchen gardens of Bulgaria comes this delightful heirloom paprika pepper. Stout plants become laden with medium-small pointy red fruits that are harvestable at ~80 days. Shorter and more plump than Hungarian Paprika, Gozogled peppers are an excellent choice for drying and is mild and sweet when ground.
