Blanche McGhee must have been a special lady to have this wonderful climbing bean named for her. We have the late John Hartman of Indiana's J.M. Hartman & Daughters Seed Company to thank for introducing Blanche McGhee to the seed saving community. Robust vines are prolific producers of 5 inch smooth pods that constrict as they dry to highlight an average of 6-7 round cranberry type seeds.
