Known for its gorgeous amber grains, Michigan Amber is first described in 1875 as grown on the farms of Chester County's Pennsylvania Agricultural College. Like Red May, its history is rich with synonyms. We are pleased to offer this heritage variety that was once more widely grown in our state.
