Yes, there really is a Tanya associated with this variety! She was an intern on Salt Springs Farm in British Columbia in the early 1990s when she came across a pink-podded plant while working in a field of purple-podded Sequoia Romano beans. Quite a few seasons of selection later, we now enjoy the gorgeous flavorful snap beans of Tanya's Pink Pod. Bushes are robust and do well planted as a block. Shaded pods are blushed rather than hot pink. For peak flavor, pick pods between 4-6 inches. Color does revert to green when cooked.
